2015 Annual Barrel Tasting Weekend in the Russian River Valley.

I have been going to the Annual Barrel Tasting in Healdsburg Russian Valley for probably 7 years and still loving it.  If you haven’t been, then it’s a must.  Well unless you don’t like wine.
In California we are blessed with some amazing weather this time of the year.  Here are couple outfits idea for the spring time.
First day of wine tasting outfit: Flowy maxi dress from Guess. I paired with this  super cute and comfy pink floral wedges from Free Press.  Jazzed it up with tons of gold arm candies, and gold accessories
Second day of wine tasting outfit: This high waist short with front bow tie from Zara is just too cute, “Zara is having a sale now on lots of their short”. I paired with a simple white fitted Tee crop top, so the short can be the main focus.  I layered with a crossover blazer also from Zara.  Since we have to do quite a bit of walking for the day, I wore flats from Tory Burch, still classy and cute.  Rose Gold accessories to enhanced the pink tone in the jacket.
Lipstick:  I have been in love with these liquid lipsticks from Anastasia Beverly Hills.  First day I wore Carina, and second day I wore Spicy.
I got a chance to work with the talented RyanByRyanChua Photographer.  He’s so great to work with, glad to have the opportunity to do so.
 Have a wonderful weekend!!!!
Big kisses from me

Much love,
Rachel

Sometime by putting on a Red Dress, red lipstick and an amazing pumps you feel like you can conquer the world.  Every lady should have a nice and elegant red dress in their closet.  It’s not a item that you can wear all of the time, but when you want to feel special and be notice a red dress will get the job done.
This particular dress from Tadashi Collection with the pleated details at the waist line up to the bust area is so intricate.   It help to accentuated my figure so much that I can’t help but to fall in love with it.   Keeping it elegant since this dress call for it, so I paired with some pearl necklace and earrings.  A pair of Christian Louboutin Lady Peep just tied this whole outfit together.

Plus explored the Frankfurt area, even though I have been in Frankfurt for 5 times now.  But this is my first time get to do touristy things.  We end out trip by going to Oktoberfest in Munich, we had way too much fun.  I didn’t want to leave.  The weather was a little cooler for my Californian blood, so i’m definitely glad to back to some warmer weather.

Blue for my Red Soles

Posted By: | August 29, 2014

Sometime a girl just want to be pamper.  My sweet husband pampered me with some new Red Soles.  What a better way than dressed it up with a fun and flirty blue dress.
This sweetheart neckline with shoulder dropped blue skater skirt is quite flattering on most body shape.  Since it taper in the waist and flared out it accentuate the smaller waist and with this length it help to make your legs look skinnier and longer.  The Christian Louboutin Lady Peep always help to your legs look even longer, that’s why i love them so much.
I kept it really simple with accessories, I want all the attention to go toward the dress and shoes.  I paired with the reddest pink Tory Burch Clutch, and simple black diamond stone earrings.

Face Make-Up details: Eyes Lorac Pro 2 palette and Makeup Geek, Face Estee Lauder Double Wear, Nars Radiant Cream Concealer in Custard, Lip MAC  Relentlessly red and Pro longwear lip liner More to Love, and Cheek The Balm Bahama Mama bronzer and The Balm Instain Blush, and Anastasia dip brow pomade dark brown.

Something about Blue

Posted By: | July 29, 2014

What about Blue?  Well there is just Something about Blue that I love.  It’s one of those color that is so easy to wear and turn the look into something elegant and/or cute.  So i decided to go for something chic and cute.

This striped bandage bell skirt is just absolutely adorable, and it’s so flattering on.  This is a high waisted and it flared out skirt, this help me looks slender and elongate my legs.  For the top I want something more fitted and going to compliment the skirt.  This skirt have white with blue stripes, so I paired with a white embroidered bustier crop top.

I went a little wild with my accessories. I want a pop of color so i decided my Rebecca Minkoff Fling Minaudiere would be a perfect match.  Since this clutch have a gold nob I figured it would appropriate to continue with the gold trend.  This pair of gold studded high-heel sandals by Schutz give this more of an edgier look.  A simple gold chain necklace compliment this outfit best, plus stacking some dainty bracelets for a girly touch.  Also this bluest purple with studded stones bracelet from Juicy Couture matched with the skirt really well.

Face Make-Up details: Eye Makeup Geek and Inglot, Face Korres anti-aging foundation, Lip YSL Rouge Volupte number 8, and Cheek Benefit Hoola bronzer and Tarte amazonian blush

Gentle White

Posted By: | July 22, 2014

White is one of my favorite color clothing to wear all year round, but especially during the summer months.  This White stitching Lace Dress by American Rag it’s so cute and girly perfect for the summertime.  This type of dressese are great dress for day events and party.
I have this mint green with gold hardware purse from Kate Spade that I thought it would be beautifully to compliment this dress since it does have some gold accent details on the collars.  I also added some cute mint green accessories from F21, except the delicate bow belt which I found on Ebay for another girly touch.  I paired this outfit with one of my simple t-strap gold wedge heels from Badgley Mischka.  Of course this time of the year you can’t go anywhere without sunglasses, these are leather wrapped cat-eye from Burberry.
